My New Bath 🛀 Routine...Dry Skin Brushing!!

I have a new favorite routine... Dry Brushing!

I am in love 😍 with this new routine! My skin is so soft and I have noticed a tremendous difference!

I wanted to share this amazing self-care routine with you. I first heard about this new self-care routine last year🤗 I love it and I can’t imagine not having it in my daily self-care routine now.

So What is Dry Skin Brushing!?!

Increasing the circulation to the skin could possibly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Dry body brushing helps shed dead skin cells (and encourages new cell renewal), which results in smoother and brighter skin. It assists in improving vascular blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Brush skin daily for 2 minutes right before showering...the heat from your shower will help accelerate the detox process.
