My Morning Routine...

I get asked all the time about my morning routine! I love starting my mornings with God! Reading His word is so important!

I drink a cup of warm Lemon Essential Oil and water... Warm lemon water serves as the perfect ‘good morning drink’, as it aids the digestive system and makes the process of eliminating the waste products from the body easier. Plus the taste is really good!!

Before I workout I love rubbing Deep Blue on my shoulders, knees and thighs... When it is my weight lifting day, deep blue helps my muscles, to recover faster, it also helps when I walk/run...I apply Breathe Vapor Stick to my chest to help support my respiratory system.

Workout for health!
